DOUGLASS-HUNTINGTON HIGH SCHOOL
BLACK ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED

is a non-profit organization created in 2007 by the merger of two African-American alumni groups from high schools located in Huntington, WV. 

The purpose is:  

• to plan, organize and execute activities held under the auspices of this organization;
• to promote the preservation of the history and heritage of Douglass High School, Huntington High School and other member high schools;
• to promote continued friendship and communications with alumni and descendants of Douglass High School, Huntington High School and the other member high schools; and,
• to promote and financially support The Douglass Foundation in the development of educational programs, such as scholarships.
